4. Back Gauge System:

  • NC Controlled Back Gauge: The back gauge, controlled by the NC system, positions the metal sheet at the correct distance from the blades for accurate cutting. The operator can set the desired cut length via the NC interface.
  • Automatic Positioning: The back gauge automatically moves to the programmed position after each cut, allowing for rapid, repetitive cuts with consistent accuracy.
